Face Halo announces upcycling programme

The modern make-up removal brand, Face Halo, do their bit for the environment with new upcycling programme available to customers

Face Halo, the modern makeup remover, which replaces up to 500 disposable makeup wipes is proud to announce its new Upcycling Programme – leading the way in sustainable and ethical beauty.

Face Halo’s HaloTech fibres remove makeup using water only. Reusable up to 200 wash cycles, each Face Halo replaces up to 500 makeup wipes or cotton pads. The HaloTech fibres work to gently clean and exfoliate the skin, simultaneously, trapping and removing makeup and other impurities. Non-toxic and gentle, Face Halo is pH neutral and chemically inert, perfect for all skin types including those with acne or eczema.

Face Halo is proud to introduce its new Upcycling Programme in the UK as part of its commitment to the innovative solutions that are better for your skin and kinder to the environment. Commencing June 2019 customers will be able to return their used Face Halos to be upcycled, further reducing the amount of waste being sent to landfill. The brand plans to upcycle the pads in various way starting in the motor vehicle industry (seat cushioning) and commercial transit (hard-wearing seat coverings).
