Every year, more and more people make the decision to try a plant-based diet, and 2022 is no different. Last month during Veganuary, the global movement that encourages cutting out animal products with the aim of ‘protecting the environment, preventing animal suffering, and improving the health of millions of people’, saw a surge of Brits reportedly making the switch to plantbased alternatives.
