3 reasons you should get into Too Faced

The unashamedly girly make up brand you need to know about

Hair & Beauty

Recently landed in the UK, Too Faced are a much-loved cosmetics line created in the 90s by Jerrod Blandino and Jeremy Johnson, who were fed up with all the 'serious' beauty brands on the market. Here are five reasons they need a place in your make up bags.

The packaging is to die for

Seriously, we don't want to appear shallow, but lets get real - packaging has a big part to play in our decision behind a beauty splurge. Displaying it with pride on our dressing table - or on our Instagram feed - gives us the same good vibes as the contents inside. And with rainbows, peaches, unicorns and heart-shapes a-plenty, this range instantly puts us in a good mood.

Their Hangover Primer is the ultimate SOS product

You know when you wake up after a heavy night, and your skin is dry, parched and dull? This best-seller (£32) ticks brings your hungover complexion back from the brink. It hydrates, smooths AND brightens in one fell swoop for skin that's dewy and radiant. Plus your foundation will go on a treat if you layer this stuff underneath.

They're cruelty free

You'll be pleased to hear that no products or ingredients from the range are tested on animals - plus the company has pledged not to enter any market, such as China, where animal testing is required by law. Much of the range is vegan too - such as their hugely popular (and wonderfully named) Better Than Sex Mascara (£19), as well as their equally beloved Born This Way Foundation (£29) which comes in 24 shades ranging from Cocoa, to Caramel and Warm Beige.
